Teej Celebration




Mehndi Competition

ST. Teresa Convent School, Sec 25, PKL organized a Mehndi Competition on the occasion of Teej. Students of classes V to VIII participated in it. They made different and beautiful designs and patterns. They applied Mehndi on the hands of their teachers and classmates. Students participated in it with full enthusiasm. Pratiksha and Kanak of Class V, Tanya of class VI, Diksha of class VII, Dimple and Vimmi of class VIII got the first prizes.

SQAY Martial Art




11th SUB JUNIOR NATIONAL SQAY MARTIAL ART

SQAY Association of Haryana is organizing 11th Sub Junior SQAY MARTIAL ART National Championship from 29th July, 2010 to 31st July, 2010 in St. Teresa Convent School Sec-25, Panchkula. Mr. Sandeep Chawla Chairman of International Tour Committee Sqay Federation of India will be the chief guest. In which children from 23 states will participate. Appox. 400 children will expected to participate in this championship. This information is provided by Harish Kumar General Secretary of SQAY Association of Haryana.

St. Teresa Convent School, Sec 25, Pkl Celebrated Janamashtmi in Hanuman Mandir Sec 25. Students of Senior Classes Performed Dance on various songs and fancy dress competition was held in Montessori classes M- I to M-III Students participated actively and showed their talents.

ST. Teresa Convent School, Sec 25, Panchkula organized Rakhi Making Competition on the occasion of Rakhi. Students of classes I to VIII participated and made different types of colourful Rakhis. Students Participated with full enthusiasm. Prizes shall be distributed as soon as judging is over.

Earthen Pottery Decoration

Yesterday was a great achievement day for all of us at St. Teresa Convent School, Sector 25, Panchkula. Students and faculty members, we all got collected and put in our best services for two major activities one was “show and tell” and the other was “earthen pottery decoration”. It was not only rejuvenating for the students to do something other than their normal study, but also very educative for the students. The principal honorable sir Amit Chopra personally looked into all the minute modalities of both the activities at St. Teresa. Equal attention is given towards the academic and extra curricular activities from time to time, bringing our tradition and holistic education.

Summer Camp











Summer Camp
St. Teresa Convent School, Sec-25 Pkl. organized Summer Camp from 24th March to 5 th June 10 ,in the school premises. These days leisure has been cut short and so is life. To make this Summer Camp enjoyable and interesting, this was planned in such a manner as to give maximum benefits and to provide a chance for the children to enjoy the summer holidays to the fullest. This summer camp also helped in confidence building and to learn various new activities. like dance, painting, splash pool, sports, calligraphy, and computer were held in school which provide relaxation and relieved them from hard studies in school and at home. Cultural program and party was also held on the last day of the summer camp. In which beautiful dressed children performed dance on various songs. At the end participation certificates were also given to the all participants.

Head Boy/Head Girl







Head Boy And Head Girl

As Election is the main Foundation of democracy.Those persons who govern the country are elected by the people.So as was done in St. Teresa Convent School,Sec-25 Pkl,to elect their school Head Boy and head girl. Mukul and Dimple got maximum votes in Boys and Girls were selected as head boy and head girl. Like wise House Captions And Wise Captions were also selected through Votes. On this Principal Congratulated students who were selected but he also told them that their job is not that simple . They have great responsibilities on their shoulders which they have to do with the best of their qulities and they should become the models for others.

Excursion Program




Excursion Program



St.Teresa Convent School, Sec -25, Panchkula organized an excursion program to watch a movie which was kindly sponsored by The Times of India as a NIe programme. Cinema has entered in every branch of knowledge whether it is Science or Technology; cinema comes to the fore front to make every thing appealing. It is the best means of education which can revolutions the field of education. Foreign movie like 2012 have their own significance. These types of movies play a pivotal role for the better ment of the community or the society where we live. A step a day will take us to the other end of the globe. Students learned a lot and hoped to utilize this education to the maximum.

Mother's Day Activity







Mother’s Day

As we all know that Mothers are best teachers and friends. The first lesson of good manners is taught at home and all this a child learns in the lap of his mother. To express their feelings towards their mothers different activities were held in St. Teresa Convent School, Sec-25, Pkl. Students of Montessori Classes made photo frames, needle holders and letter holders while students of classes I –II made wall hangings. Card making competition was also held in III-V classes and a photo frame making competition was held in classes VI- VIII in which students expressed their feelings towards their mothers.
As they feel that mothers are their best friends and sacrificed every thing for their well being. The principal said that these activities were intended to enhance the confidence of the students.

Splash Pool Activity


Today little kids of Montessori section enjoyed splash pool activity with alot of enthusiasm. Tiny Tots were all dressed up to beat the heat. They had a fun n frolic filled day with toy filled pool. Young kids played with water balls and water toys which made the activity all the more fun. They all wore colourful dresses and splashed water all over each other.

Gurduwara Visit (Nada Sahib) by School Students


School students visited Gurduwara of Nada Sahib in the morning. They learnt about Sikhism and its importance. Students also enjoyed prasada and langar at the gurduwara. Teachers also told about the sacrifices given by the great gurus to the students.
